At Simon's Cameras we are committed to providing you, the customer, with the best service before, during and after every sale. We wish your experience with Simon's Cameras to be a positive one. Simon's Cameras can be reached by telephone, fax or email. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your order or equipment you wish to order.

Upon receiving your order, please verify the content and condition of the merchandise you just received. Simon's Cameras must be contacted within two working days to report any damaged or missing items. In the case of damaged packages, the customer must contact the carrier to have the package inspected so that a replacement or refund may be issued.

New items purchased from Simon's Cameras are shipped in the original boxes along with all instruction manuals and blank warranty papers. Please do not fill in the warranty cards until you are satisfied with the item. Also, do not discard the original boxes, packaging material and instruction manuals until you are satisfied with the item. We cannot accept returns for items which don't have the original packaging, instruction material or filled-in warranty cards.

US Dollar pricing is available for your convenience. The US Dollar price is an approximate price. All Credit Card orders are charged in Canadian funds by Simons Cameras Inc. US Credit Card orders are converted to US funds by the credit card card company based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged.
 

Exchange/Refund Policies
In the event where an item must be returned to Simon's Cameras for Refund or Exchange, it must be returned within a period of 14 days. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Simon's Cameras will not accept returns or exchanges on film, batteries or other consumable products. We advise that you insure any items you are returning. Simon's Cameras is not responsible for lost or damaged goods which are returned for exchange or refund.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Simon's Cameras. Please contact Simon's Cameras to obtain authorization for returning merchandise. Items returned to our store without pre-authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were sold with all instructions, literature and blank warranty cards.
 


Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers Simon's Cameras treatment of personally identifiable information that Simon's Cameras collects when you make an on-line purchase from Simon's Cameras.
  • Simon's Cameras collects personally identifiable information when you complete an order from our on-line catalogue.
  • When you complete an order you provide us with your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number for billing purposes.
  • In the event that the item must be shipped to a different address, you also provide us with a name, address, telephone number and email address (optional)  for shipping purposes.

  • Simon's Cameras uses the information you provide us to bill your credit card, process your order and contact you in the event of unforeseen difficulties.
